Work outs are part of my weekly routine. My goal is 3 days per week. Exercise maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It also challenges your mental strength and willpower but after you prove to yourself how capable you truly are, it's rewarding.

A popular one is Butler Hike & Bike Trail which includes beautiful downtown scenery and the smooth boardwalk viewing Lady Bird Lake. Other favorites are Southern Walnut Creek Trail located in East Austin and Veloway Park in South Austin.
